The Poet's Light - Nembulon

Call for actors for a project about a renowned early nineteenth century poet. The work will be performed, in some form, with strong potential for an international audience. Only seasoned actors with strong credentials need apply. Some remuneration, to be negotiated.



Roles:

The Poet - male, around 60 years old, average height and build, extremely gentle and benevolent but inspired and explosive, somewhat weakened by illness but surprisingly strong, brimming with radically counter-cultural ideas.



The Diarist - male, around 50 years old, average height and build, with a sturdy and unassuming presence, kind, open, and good natured; typical Georgian-era appearance, with clean-shaven features and a modest style.



The Poet’s wife - female, around 60 years old, more grounded than her husband, dark-haired with deep eyes, unwavering.
